Standard MOQ is 500 pcs. Custom molds or special finishes can be negotiated.

OEM (private label, laser/silk-screen logo, color-box and blister packaging design) and ODM (joint mold development, structure and original design).

OEM produces to your provided design and brand; ODM uses our design and tooling under your brand, enabling faster launch at lower R&D cost.

Inner liners use food-grade 304/316 stainless steel; plastic parts are Tritan / BPA-free. SGS and FDA test reports are available.

Products meet food-grade standards; CE, FDA and LFGB reports can be provided per product.

3D samples take about 7–10 days; mold samples about 15–20 days; bulk production usually 25–30 days depending on quantity and process complexity.

Stock samples can be free (freight collect); custom sampling incurs a tooling/sample fee, deductible against the confirmed bulk order.

T/T and L/C are common. New clients usually pay 30% in advance, balance before shipment; terms can be discussed for long-term partners.

We support EXW, FOB Ningbo, CIF; we assist with LCL and FCL and provide full shipment tracking.

Yes, video audits and on-site visits are welcome; pre-shipment inspection (PSI) by SGS / BV can also be arranged.

Yes. We have in-house mold development and structural design, from lid-seal structures to original dual-drink designs, with 3D samples in 7 days.

Most tumblers use food-grade 304 inner steel — cost-effective with strong corrosion resistance. For premium lines, acidic drinks, or coastal/salty use, upgrade to 316 (with molybdenum, better pitting resistance). We can mix per order; see our 304 vs 316 guide.

Our partnered cup factories cover about 8,000 sqm with an annual capacity of roughly 1,000,000 pcs, serving 500+ clients worldwide — stable for mid-volume OEM/ODM runs.

We run three gates: incoming inspection (IQC), in-process checks (IPQC), and pre-shipment full inspection (OQC), including vacuum-seal and heat-retention tests, with third-party inspection available on request.

Yes. Our partner factory holds ISO 9001 and amfori BSCI; for specific orders we can supply FDA / LFGB material food-contact test reports (ordinary flasks comply with EU food-contact rules and accompanying documents).

Laser engraving, silk-screen and heat-transfer logos; custom colors and finishes (paint/plating/matte); packaging includes color box, blister, gift box and neutral carton, all designable to your brand VI.

A standard vacuum flask filled with 95℃ water keeps above ~60℃ at 6 hours and ~40℃ at 12 hours; exact figures depend on capacity and structure, with test data available on request.

Full inspection and retained samples precede shipment. For batch quality issues on arrival, verified by photos/video, we resolve via replenishment or price allowance to protect the buyer.

Submit requirements to quote within 24h, confirm and sample, pay 30% deposit, production (25-30 days), inspection, balance payment, then shipment with tracking.
